“M6ez” High Cost-Performance Mounting Center :

With six-axis servo head, two-way on-the-fly vision system, 300 times faster vision data processing & Intelligent feeder system, M6ez yields a high ‘cost-to-performance’ ratio. It can accommodate upto 122 feeders, can handle PCB size upto 510 x 460mm and has a rated speed of 25,700 CPH.

“M10” The new Multi-Mounters :

The new M10 launched by I-PULSE can handle component sizes from 01005 to 120 x 90mm. The standard 2.0 Mega Pixel digital multi-scan camera offers true on the Fly Vision with zero Time loss, Image capture of components is done at a speed of 3,000 mm/sec, one of the fastest in the market today. High brightness LED illumination and a high speed shutter avoids blurred images and delivers highly accurate placement of components.
Highly suitable for LED board and other large board assembly, this machine can be configured with a speed of 24,000CPH or 30,000CPH. It can handle PCB size upto 740 x 510mm and feeders upto 76 nos.

“M20” High Cost-Performance Multi-Mounter :

The new M20 launched by I-PULSE can handle component sizes from 01005 to 120 x 90mm. The standard 2.0 Mega Pixel digital multi-scan camera offers true on the Fly Vision with zero Time loss, Image capture of components is done at a speed of 3,000 mm/sec, one of the fastest in the market today. High brightness LED illumination and a high speed shutter avoids blurred images and delivers highly accurate placement of components.
Highly suitable for LED board and other large board assembly, this machine can be configured with a speed of 24,000CPH or 30,000CPH. It can handle PCB size upto 1,240 x 510mm and feeders upto 154 nos.

Hybrid inspection System KX2H.

Combined Optical and X ray inspection in a single system, offering exceptional capability for inspection of Solder Joints in addition to normal
Optical inspection.

In-line Automatic Optical Inspection system K2H/K2HL.

K2H/K2HL optical Inspector utilizes a unique Tele centric lens giving best possible image that is very effective for component inspection
including optical Characteristic Recognition (OCR). Options include height measuring laser unit and Marking or dispensing unit in addition
to many other features.

Desktop Optical Inspection system K5/K5L.

K5H/K5L is a true all in one compact design AOI machine, utilizes new Inspection Algorithm (VADMIC) for fast and easy programming of PCB.
