Ultrasonic Tube Sealing Machines:

In a single operation, Tech-Sonic's Falcon-K industrial, ultrasonic metal welder crimps, welds and cuts copper and aluminium tubes with diameters / cross-sections of 2 mm to 12 mm (0.8661 inches) with restriction on the wall size.

It is most often used for charge and injection tubes used in the manufacture of air conditioners / HVAC systems and refrigerators, capillary and bulb temperature sensors, and other products that require copper or aluminium tubing.

Tech-Sonic's industrial ultrasonic continuous seam welding unit features the latest in ultrasonic welding technology. The Falcon-SM produces a quality, efficient and consistent ultrasonic seam weld of aluminium and/or copper. It is customized to meet customers' requirements. It's ideal to weld solar panels.
