Bare Board Loader :

The Bare Board loader is used to load unpopulated PCBs to the assembly line . The cycle time for this module is less than 5 seconds per board.

Board Inverter

The Board Inverter is used to invert printed circuit board from topside to bottom-side or vice versa. A by-pass mode for no invert is also made possible through a selection switch.

The undesired board 'drop' during rotation can be eliminated by incorporating a two-tier belt conveying system. The cycle time for this module is less than 8 seconds per board.

Loads PCB from Magazine into assembly line, offered in varying sizes and magazine configuration.

Automatically unloads PCB from production line into magazines, available in varying sizes and magazine configuration.

To redirect PCBs flow as required by limitation in floor space or process requirement.

Telescopic Conveyor :

To create passage way in a production line.

Free Flow Conveyor

The standard aluminium frame is designed so that only the large rollers are exposed directly to support the pallets where conveyed items are placed.

Since the chain runs inside the aluminium frame safety is ensured. Also the resin top cover can be easily removed for chain maintenance and cleaning of the frame interior.
