Spray Fluxer: Adopting drumming mash of special structure minimizes the loss of flux, and easy to operate and maintain. The spray volume and pressure can be adjusted for each PCB's. Automatically counts the spraying time by encoder. Depending on customer application Foam, Drum or Spray Nozzle can be selected. Foam spray fluxer is standard equipped. The fluxer system can be comprised of either rosin-base or water-base (VOC-free) fluxes. |
The Cast –Iron Solder Pot for lead free wave soldering machine is approved by ASAHI, Japan.
Designed to meet Lead-Free solder standards, the double wave soldering module consists of a seamless, Acid-Proof, Stainless Steel Pot, equipped with internal elements, pump housing and highly stable motor. Closed loop P.I.D. controls keep a precise solder
temperature. Gears and wheels built onto the Solder Pot make it easy to slide in and out for maintenance.
