Z-Check 600, Solder Paste Non-Contact Measurement System :

Z-Check 600 is a highly accurate, non contact solder paste measuring system that can control up to 10 different production lines running 10 different products. Height measurement is simple, fast and accurate using the unique electronic glide stage, which allows free and easy positioning of the subject into the field of view. Once the subject is in position the automatic Z measurement is made with one click of the mouse.

Framing the paste deposit using the on screen scalar lines can make measurement of X-Y dimensions. Height and volume measurements are made automatically, thereby eliminating operator error.

TP48 Applications & Features :

The TP 48 LED Dimmer Controller is supplied complete with a wide choice of ring lights for lighting difficult subjects requiring regulated illumination to reduce glare and reflection or colour correction.

The electronics are mounted in a compact enclosure or supplied as a ‘bare board’ for OEM applications.

Four separate output channels control either 4 individual banks of 12 LED’s, 2 banks of 24 LED’s or 1 bank of 48 LED’s.

The controller regulates output to any 3 - 5 volt LED and for longevity of lamp life, incorporates a protection device that regulates to Milliamp levels.Tecnicon 2 also produces a wide range of fiber optic lighting systems.
