SEQUENCE CONTROLLER AND PROCESS MONITORING
DEPRAG’s controllers and monitoring systems offer unmatched precision, control, and traceability for modern screwdriving operations. Integrated into electronic screwdriving systems, they enhance process reliability, data recording, and operator functionality.
Overview
A screwdriver alone cannot ensure precision in modern industrial assembly—DEPRAG’s sequence and process monitoring controllers are critical for optimizing performance. These intelligent control units manage screwdriving torque and speed based on programmed parameters, monitor real-time feedback, and deliver full process traceability. Systems such as AST5, AST11, AST30-31, and AST40 support different drive technologies, from EC motors to EC-Servo systems. The Function Controllers (FC) further enhance quality by overseeing each individual tightening operation, ensuring process completion and fault prevention in manual screw assemblies.
